Return of Funds Policy

Customers cannot make a refund once payments have been made, and customers must make a payments or bookings at least 24 hours before the desired time of booking or eating in.

Service that have been bought cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

    • 14:00 (GMT +7)
  • B. Three Session Dinner :
    • 17:30 (GMT +7)
    • 19:30 (GMT +7)
    • 21:30 (GMT +7)

Customers need to make bookings and payments via website www.71stgroup.com. Customers need to pick the desired time of booking. Customer need to arrive at the restaurant exactly at the slot of time they have booked. Maximum time of tardiness or lateness is 30 minutes. After 30 minutes customer need to wait for another session of the day if available that day. If other sessions of the day are fully booked then they will need to reschedule another day. Keep in mind that once payments have been made, there will be no refund.
